1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of OpenwayEDGE’s website, mobile applications, and restaurant tech SaaS solutions. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms in accordance with Saudi law and applicable international standards.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses operating in the food, retail, and logistics industries. Users must be authorized representatives of such businesses and at least 18 years of age.

3. Subscription & Billing

OpenwayEDGE is offered on a yearly subscription basis with promotional monthly equivalents displayed for marketing.

Plans include:

• Mobile App: SAR-equivalent of $999/year
• Mobile App + POS Suite: SAR-equivalent of $1499/year

A 3-month free trial is available before billing.

Fees are non-refundable once paid unless legally mandated.

4. Usage Guidelines

Users shall not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the platform
• Use the services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Upload harmful or unauthorized third-party content
• Disrupt platform stability or violate access controls

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and visuals are the property of OpenwayEDGE. Clients may not copy or distribute platform material without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• OpenwayEDGE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the total subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability temporarily. Emergency support is available via priority ticket system.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to:

• Breach of terms
• Non-payment
• Security threats

Users may request cancellation any time via [email protected]. Cancellation does not entitle to refund unless covered under trial terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of relevant Saudi authorities.
